Baked Hybrids with Sliced Limes
from Bill Maily's Kitchen
2 lbs. Hybrid fillets
2 tbs. butter, melted
2 limes, thinly sliced
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
Place fillets in a greased baking dish. Brush with melted butter. Arrange the thinly sliced limes over the fillets. Sprinkle Cayenne Pepper over the fillets. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the fish until the fish flakes easily with a fork. For an added twist try lemons instead of limes.
