Venison Roll Ups

1 venison back strap
Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
Seasoning Salt
Bacon strips
Tooth picks
Directions:
Cut back strap into 6" lengths. Slice each section lengthwise into
thin strips. Put a piece of bacon on each strip and top with seasoning
salt. Roll each strip up tightly and put toothpicks in to hold it. Slice
each roll up into ½" thick pieces. Marinate in Zesty Italian
Salad Dressing overnight.
Place on a hot grill - do not overcook.
Optional:
Jalapeño pieces can be added to each roll up to add a little extra
spice.
