Pearl River Basin Symposium
May 5-6, 2006
The Pearl Basin Symposium held May 5-6, 2006 offered a unique opportunity to explore the river system at the heart of Mississippi's past and present. Flowing from scenic headwaters in Neshoba County, through the Reservoir in Jackson, and emptying into the coastal waters at Pearlington, the Pearl River is indeed the heart of the state.
